    Lets take a look at what some of the governmental agencies are trying to manipulate:

    Folks that buy into new developments have to sign into C.C.&R.’s

    PROBLEM; what to do with the older properties that were supposed to have redevelopment monies issued to them to bring them under code.

    Answer: You’re going through that right now.
